Maldivian National team badminton players, Nabaaha and Zayan have secured a gold medal in the ongoing Yonex Sunrise Pakistan International Series Badminton Tournament.
The mixed pair won against Dipesh and Amita of Nepal bringing home both sets of the match by scoring 21-16 and 21-19 points.
The Maldivian team still has hope of bringing another gold in the upcoming female doubles match where Nabaaha and Nabeeha will set out against Bushra Qayyoom and Mahoor.
The Maldivian team have also won a bronze in the females singles matches by Neela Najeeb.
