Male, Maldives – Ooredoo has announced that more than 3000 runners have registered to run at the Ooredoo Atoll Run.
The first ever virtual run, Ooredoo Atoll Run will be held from 00:00 of 28th August until 00:00 of 29th August. Running categories of the run are 15km relay and 5 km run.
Ooredoo says that anyone who wishes to run the 5km course will be able to register any time until the 27th of this month, while the 15km relay has been specialized for 20 runners from each atoll. The participation fee of this virtual run is completely free and anyone can participate prior to the registration deadline.
The run will take place in all atolls of the country simultaneously, showcasing the beauty of the country through photo and video feed which would be published live as the run continues.
