Malé, Maldives – HOEC has informed that 3 patients treated at ADK high dependency unit have tested positive for COVID-19.
At a press conference tonight, Dr Fathmath Nazla Rafeeg said that the high dependency unit is now being disinfected after the positive cases. The hospital is currently conducting contact tracing and testing all admitted patients for Covid-19.
The highest number of positive cases were recorded in Maldives today, at 108. These cases include teachers of Jamaluddin and Majeediya School from the greater Malé area and even more cases recorded from the Dhevvadhoo cluster.
