Malé, Maldives – The Indian airline Vistara has announced the launching of their direct flights between Mumbai and capital city Malé.
The airline is to operate three times weekly to Malé under India’s travel bubble agreement with the Maldives. Vistara’s Airbus A320neo is to be used for these flights offering three class cabin configuration becoming the only airline to offer travellers the choice of premium economy in addition to business and economy cabins on flights between India and Maldives.
Booking is now open on all channels including Vistara’s website, mobile app and through travel agents according to the airline.
Chief Executive Officer at Vistara Leslie Thng said that their new service to Maldives will give travellers greater access to India’s most preferred holiday destinations. Leslie also noted their delight in being able to take India’s best airline to more places offering the very best of air travel to people flying between India and Maldives while maintaining their high standards.
All tourist establishments in the Maldives have been regulated to ensure that they are in line with the Covid-19 safe tourism guidelines issued by the Ministry of Tourism.
