K.Guraidhoo, Maldives – Bank of Maldives (BML) has opened a self-service banking ATM centre in K.Guraidhoo.
BML said that through this centre, the citizens can withdraw money, deposit money, pay bills as well as transfer money. With the opening of this ATM centre, there are now two branches of BML in K.Atoll as well as ATM centres in 4 islands.
Commenting on the opening of this ATM centre, CEO of BML Tim Sawyer said that this showcases the efforts of BML to provide an easy banking system for citizens of atolls.
This is also an important step in expanding the investments that are benefiting citizens nation wide.

BML said that during the past year, they have established self-service banking ATM centres in nine islands and that they also developed existing ATMs to provide self services in five islands.
BML currently has 35 branches across 20 Atolls, with 66 self service banking centres, 127 ATMs as well as over 200 cash agents. BML stated that their aim is to aid citizens and businesses in different areas of Maldives
