Malé, Maldives – 39 year old male being treated at DH11 facility in Dharumavantha Hospital has passed away due to Covid-19.
With this individual, the total number of deaths in the country due to Covid-19 has risen to 74. This is also the 27th Covid-19 death recorded in 2021.
In the statistics released by HPA, the total number of Covid-19 cases recorded in the country has reached 30,237 out of which 24,934 patients have made full recoveries, as of 18:00 of May 01, 2021 which brought up the total active cases in the country to 5,221.
