Malé, Maldives – Spokesperson of the President’s Office Mabrook Azeez said that he has not yet received any information of President’s plans to dismiss the Managing Director of Fenaka Corporation Ahmed Saeed, who is currently under fire for several allegations of corruption.
The statement comes from Spokesperson Mabrook Azeez while several media report that President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has decided to dismiss Saeed from his position.
Giving information to local media Addulive, Mabrook said that has not yet received information of any such decision from the President.
Several allegations of corruption have been raised against Saeed and have been submitted to the Anti Corruption Commission. However, Saeed denied these allegations saying that they are politically motivated.
