SDFC opens loan applications for agriculture and small business

Malé, Maldives – SME Development Finance Corporation announced for application for their ‘Dhanduveri Nafaa’ loan and ‘Viyafaari Ehee’ on Saturday.

‘Dhanduveri Nafaa’ loan is a collaboration between SDFC and the Ministry of Fisheries, Marine Resources and Agriculture to provide easily accessible financing options to parties involved in the agriculture sector. SDFC states that agriculture is a priority sector to boost the Maldives economy.

‘Viyafaari Ehee’ is a loan product introduced to allow small businesses to meet their short term needs without having to go through the hassle of meeting the rigorous eligibility criteria of other banks.
