Malé, Maldives – Velaa Private Island, which closed its doors to tourists during last month, will reopen after renovations this coming September, confirmed the resort.
The resort detailed that it will restart its operations on September 15th following a fourth month closure.
The resort, which is among the top tier resorts of the country and famous for the high service charge/allowance rates provided to its employees, said that tourists will have a much improved and pleasant experience at the resort after it’s reopening, specially from the F&B, rooms and spa operation departments.
Wayne Milgate, General Manager of Velaa resort said that these renovations are part of a scheduled plan to improve the services and facilities provided by the resort and that once it is complete, the resort will be much more beautiful and better in service than it previously was.
The resort is also preparing to celebrate it’s 9th anniversary this coming September.
