Addu Equatorial Hospital (AEH) has announced that it has started providing dialysis services from the hospital.
While the hospital is going to be a tertiary level hospital once the transition process from Hithadhoo Region Hospital is complete, cardio, ENT, dental, gynecology, pediatric, psychiatric and ultra sound services along with CT and MRI services are currently being provided by the hospital as well as ortho surgery and physiotherapy.
Although these services are currently available there, the general outpatient and inpatient services are being provided by the regional hospital for now.
AEH is being developed to cater the residents of all four southern atolls of the Maldives, Addu, Fuvahmulah, Gaafu Dhaal and Gaafu Alif.
