Another Maldivian has tested positive for Covid-19 in Male’, Health Protection Agency (HPA) reported.
In a statement released by the agency, the individual was a direct contact of patient 23 and is being transferred to an isolation facility.
This is the 6th person to test positive for Covid-19 in Male’ and the 26th confirmed case in the country. So far, 16 patients have recovered and 2 had left the country prior to the discovery that they were infected.
