Male’, Maldives – Schools and mosques to reopen in July under the instructions of HPA, revealed the agency.
In a press conference held last night, HPA announced the decision as an extension of the ease in restrictions to take place effective 15th June.
Reliefs to be provided to the public in July include increasing the number of people who can congregate in public to 10, and reopening of schools, government offices, resorts, guest houses of islands with no cases of Covid-19 as well as airports and prayer in congregation.
In addition to this, the government is also to lift restrictions on contact sport, as well as the services provided by gyms, restaurants, saloons and spas.
Relevant ministries are to provide more details on the lift of restrictions in the upcoming days.
