A horrendous motorcycle crash killed a 24-year old woman in Male’ last night.
The crash caused due to speeding injured a male and a female last night, according to the Police. Due to the seriousness of the injuries caused, the woman passed away at early hours today, while being treated at Dharumavantha hospital.
Police informed media that the crash happened at Boduthakurufaanu magu, near the hospital they were being treated at. The bike came from Ameeny Magu, lost control and crashed on to the track at Rasfannu beach.
The driver who was also a 24-year old did not have a driving license, and the case is being investigated, police informed.
