HPA invites companies and organizations to register for group vaccination

Male’, Maldives — The Health Protection Agency (HPA) has invited the frontline members of organizations and the frontline staffs of companies to register for vaccination against the contagious Covid-19 virus.

HPA informed that the organizations and companies can register their frontliners by contacting the relevant authorities to set up appointments for group vaccinations at the earliest.

The agency instructed the frontliners of cafes, shops, restaurants and private companies to contact the Ministry of Economic Development via registrations@trade.gov.mv or via the phone number 960 3333188.

The sports clubs and association of Maldives along with the NGOs are encouraged to contact the Ministry of Youth, Sports & Community Empowerment via the mail, fathimath.ahmed@youth.gov.mv. Other than these, the frontliners in this category can also contact via the numbers 960 3347465 or 960 3347329.

For the frontliners who are related to fisheries and agricultural activities, HPA informed that the contact the Ministry of Fisheries & Agriculture via the mails either aishath.faheema@fishagri.gov.me or hr@fishagri.gov.mv. Apart from this, frontliners can also contact them through 960 3339286.

HPA encourages the frontliners working in businesses, restaurants, cafes and shops in Hulhumale’ area to contact the Housing Development Corporation via the mail, community@hdc.com.mv or 960 7924392.

To register for the vaccine, the frontliners in tourist establishments are instructed to contact the Ministry of Tourism via iihr@tourism.gov.mv or 960 3022245.
