Ahmed Fazeel Appointed as Essentialist Manager at Patina Maldives, Fari Islands

Malé, Maldives – Ahmed Fazeel has been appointed as the Essentialist Manager at its innaugral flagship property of Patina Hotels & Resorts in the Maldives, Patina Maldives, Fari Islands.

Fazeel who previously served as the Front Office and Butler Manager at Raffles Maldives Meradhoo, has been working in the industry for over 15 years now. He has been admired as one of the most decorated Butler Managers in the country, with contribution in key roles in numerous pre-openings including Cheval Blanc Randheli, Vakkaru, Joali and Raffles Maldives.

Fazeel studied in The International Institute of Modern Butlers and from Heilbron Hospitality South Africa and has internationally accredited butler training certifications in addition to Level 1 and 2 accreditation from the Magnum Butler Academy via remote learning in 2020. He has international experience from his time at the Train Italia (Euro Star) in Milan, and the Grand Hotel Gardone, Brescia as well, making him fluent in the Italian language.

Moving up the ladder Fazeel also held Chief Butler, Head Butler, Butler and other Front Office positions in the resorts he has worked in Maldives, his newly appointed position at the Patina Maldives, Fari Islands is a highly coveted position that he adds to his experience. As Essentialist Manager, Fazeel will lead a new breed of highly focused and service-oriented butlers called Essentialists. They are service focused and ever-present to help guests shape their travel journey through tailor-made experiences in the Maldives.
