F. Nilandhoo, Maldives – Nilandhoo has been placed under monitoring status after person in home quarantine tested positive for Covid-19.
According to Health Protection Agency (HPA), the person had not followed the quarantine guidelines and had come in contact with other people of the house who have started showing symptons for the virus.
HPA has placed the island under monitoring status as a precautionary measure until they complete contact tracing and ensure that there was no spread of the virus within the island.
At present, Dh. Kudahuvadhoo and R. Ungoofaaru are also under monitoring status.
