Belgium came from behind to win their second game of group stage.

Their 1-2 win against Denmark placed them in the round of 16 qualification as they top the group with 2 wins.

Denmark opened the score line with Yussuf Poulsen scoring in the second minute, the second quickest goal in Euro Championship history taking Belgium off by surprise.

They continued to torment the Belgian defense by quick attacking play and attempts on goal. However, chances were missed and ultimately, paid the price.

Kevin De Bryune came on for Dries Mertens in the second half. He then assisted Belgium’s equalizer and scored the winner. Romelu Lukaku was the key player in both goals as he was the main man in attacking forward.

The Danes didn’t give up still, continuing their attack until the last minute. Thibaut Courtois, the Belgium keeper and Toby Alderweirald made influential blocks and saves to keep the score line in favor of their side.

Belgium will play against Finland in the final game of the group, while Denmark will play against Russia. Both Russia and Finland has one win each, while Denmark has two losses keeping them in the bottom of the table.
