Malé , Maldives – Business Center Coorporation (BCC) on Friday, opened a special workspace in Malé, designated for freelancers and start-ups.
Economic Minister Fayyaz Ismail officially opened the work space, SEED by BCC, at yesterday’s opening ceremony. The Resident Representative of UNDP Vera Hakeem and the Head of the Economic Coorporation of the Japanese Embassy Naoko Uzava also attended the ceremony.
The work space has a capacity of 30 people and has basic services such as printing, scanning and WiFi available. Bookings can be made through the BCC website. People can make monthly, hourly or weekly bookings. BCC informs that the work space is available at cheap prices.
SEED by BCC is an initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development and a collaborative project with UNDP and the Government of Japan to assist entrepreneurial efforts in Maldives.
