Malé, Maldives – The Maldives Coast Guard has confirmed that the body of the missing tourist have been recovered at 15:10 today.
The Maldives National Defence Force (MNDF) began the search of a tourist reported missing while diving near Alif Dhaalu atoll yesterday.
The tourist was found 15 meters below sea level.
The tourist who went to the dive site via “Goma” dhoni, went missing around 14:30 hours while diving near ADh. Mandhoo.
MNDF have not revealed details of the tourist.
