Addu City, Maldives – Addu City Council has announced that 37 flats are open for application in the Hulhudhoo district of the southernmost city.
The Addu City Council has decided to open for applications for the 37 flats of the 48 flats in the categories A,B constructed under the government’s housing project.
According to the council, 27 flats from the Category A are assigned to natives of Hulhudhoo and Meedhoo districts, 10 flats are for non-native residents of Hulhudhoo and Meedhoo.
For those interested in pthe flats, the city council has requested to fill out the necessary form and submit it to the city council before 14:00 hours of 27 February 2022.
The down payments for the flats are at MVR 25,000 with a monthly fee of MVR 3,000.
