HDC partners with IGS for Maldives’ first space mission

Malé, Maldives – Hulhumalé Development Corporation on Sunday signed an agreement with Institute for Global Success (IGS) as the main partner for the Maldives’ first space mission.

The first space mission aims to build and launch Maldives’ first satellite which studies global warming and climate change.

The program is overseen by the KFS Space Foundation of the United Kingdom, which signed an agreement in March 2021 to help supply the necessary hardware supplies needed for the prototype and to launch it.
