Malé, Maldives – The Maldives Police Service (MPS) on Tuesday launched a mobile application to celebrate the institution’s 89th anniversary.
The application that allows the public to access online police services was launched by President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih.
Multiple services are available through the newly launched app including,
- Driving license details
- Info on vehicles registered under a person; vehicles annual fee status
- Traffic and parking violation information
- Filing cases to police
- Status updates on cases
- Filing complaints against the police service and individual officers
The application is available on both android and iOS systems.
