Malé, Maldives – Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated today that the search still continues for Ibrahim Ali (62) missing in Sri Lanka.
Ibrahim Ali who travelled to Sri Lanka for medical reasons a month earlier was last seen during the Eid prayers at Dehiwala mosque.
While details of the missing man have been publicized in various Viber groups, Maldivians and the Sri Lankan police continue the search on the ground.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs urges parties with any information relevant to the case to reach out to the Maldives Embassy in Sri Lanka.
