Addu City, Maldives – Maldives’ Chief Justice Ahmed Muthasim Adnan on Saturday launched the two-day Civil Procedure Act Training Program held in Addu City.
The training program aimed at the Magistrates and Staff of Fuvahmulah and Addu City is being hosted at Addu High School. The program which started today will continue until Sunday.
Chief Justice Muthasim Adnan was accompanied by Supreme Court Justices Husnu al Suood and Mahaz Ali Zahir.
Participants were trained on the procedures including the administrative, legal and financial scope of the recently implemented Civil Procedure Act.
The training program in Addu City is the 8th of a series covering atolls of Maldives with the most recent session held for HA, HDh and Sh. Atoll magistrates and staff held last week from 19 to 20 June 2022.
