Kulhudhuffushi City Council hands over land to develop 400 housing units

Kulhudhuffushi City, Maldives – Kulhudhuffushi City Council has handed over the land to the joint venture of The 23rd Metallurgical Construction Group Co.Ltd and Donbez Private Limited to develop 400 housing units.

MVR 439,991,160 (USD 28,666,656.05) project includes the design and built of 5 towers consisting of 11 stories each. According to the council, the 1,000 sqft units will come with three bedrooms, three baths, living room, kitchen, laundry area and a store. A dedicated motorcycle parking slot would be allocated for each unit.

All towers will have 02 lifts per building and the ground floor of each building will be utilized for commercial units/ purposes and maintenance offices. The project has been awarded to be completed within 540 days.

This is the largest housing project carried out outside of the capital of Maldives.
