Malé, Maldives – A Moroccan woman who was working at a resort in Baa Atoll has died while under treatment at ADK Hospital after falling into the sea with a buggy.
The 26-year-old woman was taken to ADK Hospital for treatment on Tuesday.
ADK Hospital Managing Director Ahmed Afzal told local media that the woman had serious injuries when brought to the hospital and had died last night at around 10:00 pm.
The 26-year-old, who was working at Anantara Kihavu Resort in Baa Atoll, fell into the sea with the buggy on 30th last month. The incident occurred while driving a buggy on the jetty of the resort, police said.
