Ooredoo unveils 24-hour Digital Centers in three islands.

Male’, Maldives – Ooredoo Maldives has opened new Digital Centers with 24-hour self-service kiosks in HDh.Kulhudhufushi, Gn. Fuvahmulah and Gdh. Thinadhoo.

Through the self-service kiosks of Ooredoo Digital Center, customers can now recharge, pay Ooredoo bills and process cash-ins at any preferred time.

Ooredoo Digital Centers are the only centers available in Maldives that provide round-the-clock service to the customers.

Acting Chief Commercial Officer of Ooredoo Maldives, Hussain Niyaz stated that the Ooredoo team works hard to always keep up with the modern technology and provide the customers with quick and easy digital services that satisfy the changing needs of their customers.

“The role played by the technology has increased even more due to the sudden change faced by the world as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic which has changed our daily life, having us face a “new normal”. So, the digital centers will help maintain social distancing and make it easier for the Ooredoo customers to receive service at any preferable time. We aim to provide all of our customers in different atolls of Maldives with similar services in the near future.”, Niyaz stated.

On March, Ooredoo launched the first Digital Center in Maldives at Male’ and a second digital center in Hulhumale’ later on.
