Malé, Maldives – Ooredoo Maldives has requested customers to seek their services online rather than physically visiting centres.

Ooredoo stated that they are making this request in light of the current Covid-19 situation in the Maldives, and in order to help minimize the spread of the virus as much as possible. Ooredoo added that their digital services would be available through the Ooredoo application and from digital centres.

Paying off bills, recharging and contacting customer care are available through the application whereas online shopping can be done through their digital platform Moolee.

Ooredoo digital centres are open 24 hours, and these centres have been established and developed in Malé, Hulhumalé, Kulhudhuffushi, S.Hithadhoo as well as GDh.Thinadhoo. Services such as buying sim cards and recharging are also available at these digital centres.
