Addu City, Maldives – Maradhoo Health Center, a local health care facility in the district of Maradhoo has been burgled for a second time this year!
Manager Abdullah Thoyyib (Tom) of the health center revealed that the burglars have taken a server and two laptops from the facility. This comes just three months short of the burglary which took place in May 11th of this year, where the burglars took a safe from the facility.
According to Tom, the burglaries are possible due to difficulties in maintaining surveillance given that the center does not hall a boundary wall around it, despite a security officer being present.
Police are currently investigating the incident of the health center which provides care round the clock.
