Sh. Funadhoo, Maldives – Two patients receiving care at the Covid-19 medical facility at Sh. Funadhoo have recovered.
The two patients who were discharged from the facility after making full recoveries are from N. Maalhendhoo, and were taken to the facility on the 13th of September, after testing positive for Covid-19.
So far, four patients have sought treatment from the facility, which is equipped with 20 ICU beds and 37 isolation beds.
This facility covers Haa Alif, Haa Dhaalu and Shaviyani atolls, in providing treatment for Covid-19.
So far, 5 similar medical facilities have been established across the country, by the government.
