Baa Atoll, Maldives — The world’s largest over-water villas have been opened in Maldives by the Luxurious hotel chain, Soneva.

On September 25, Soneva Fushi unveiled their overwater villas and claimed that they have the largest one-bedroom and two-bedroom overwater villas in the world.

While the one-bedroom villa measures up to 6,286 square feet, the two-bedroom water villas measure 9,224 square feet. Although there are several overwater villas with more square footages, these villas are the largest one- and two-bedroom villas available throughout the world.

In addition to the extremely large size, the villas also have glass floor panels to allow the tourist a view of breathtaking corals and fishes in the sea. The villas also consist of private outdoor bathtubs, wooden porches with sun loungers, pools, retractable roofs for stargazing, and waterslides to allow the tourists to fully enjoy their vacation in Maldives.
