Male’, Maldives – Maldives has announced that eleven additional parks are being planned to be developed in various parts of the country, with the help of neighboring India.
The announcement was made by the Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Development, Ahmed Mahloof, via a tweet he sent out, which detailed that parks would be developed in K. Maafushi, Aa. Feridhoo, Adh. Mahibadhoo, Adh. Hanyaameedhoo, Adh. Dhidhoo,Adh. Mandhoo, M. Muli, M. Mulah and M. Kolhufushi.

Ten additional parks were also recently announced to be developed with the assistance of India which are, Sh. Laimagu, Sh. Feevah, Sh. Komandoo, Sh. Noomara, Sh. Bilehfahi, Sh. Feydhoo, N. Maafaru, N. Fohdhoo, N. Miladhoo and in one island of Haa Dhaalu Atoll, which is HDh. Naivandhoo.
