Male’, Maldives – Bank of Maldives (BML) has donated five computer systems to the children’s centre in Villimale’, under a project to help the society.

The computer systems were donated in order to develop resources for the online learning of the children at the centre. Public Relations Manager of BML Mohamed Saeed said that BML hopes that the donation becomes an extra help to the children at the centre when participating in online classes and that it contributes to the development of their skills.

The fact that we are able to donate the computer systems to the children’s centre is a matter of great satisfaction for us. The donation was made to help the children at centre overcome the problems faced when attending online classes as most of the school classes are being taken online due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
