Kolhufushi, Maldives – 7 people have tested positive for Covid-19 in M. Kolhufushi.
Speaking to “Addulive” the Local Council President said that the 7 positive cases were found through random sample testing of around 100 people. A child is among the positive cases.
Kolhufushi was placed under monitoring after a person who went to the capital city Malé from the island was tested positive for Covid-19. The island is currently under lockdown with no entry or exit allowed by the Health Protection Agency (HPA).
