Addu City, Maldives – Health Emergency Operation Center (HEOC) has confirmed that the number of positive cases in connection to the Hithadhoo cluster of Addu City has reached 15, as contact tracing efforts still continue.
During the HEOC press conference held tonight, it was revealed that with 15 cases identified so far, contacts of positive individuals have been identified from all adjoined districts of the city, amounting to 69.
With this, authorities urge anyone who may have come into contact with individuals who are positive for Covid-19, or are symptomatic, to contact relevant authorities such as district Social Service Desks, Addu Emergency Operation Center or Addu Flu Clinic as soon as possible.
