Five-time World Champion Jorge Lorenzo arrives in Maldives

Male’, Maldives — A Spanish motorcycle racer and five-time World Champion, Jorge Lorenzo arrived in Maldives to spend his holiday in the island nation.

The Tourism Minister of Maldives, Abdullah Mausoom welcomes the retired World Champion, Jorge Lorenzo to Maldives and wished him a pleasant stay in the Maldives. Along with this, Minister Mausoom thanked Lorenzo for saying hello to the Maldivian racers.

Lorenzo is a 33-year-old Spanish motorcycle racer who  announced his retirement from road racing competition in late 2019. He won the 2006 and 2007 250 cc World Championships, along with the 2010, 2012 and 2015 MotoGP World Championship.
