Although the flights are targeted for expatriate teachers travelling for the annual holidays, Maldivian said that Maldivians travelling to India for medical purposes can also travel on these flights.

The annual holidays for this academic year starts on June 24 and will end with the commencement of schools on 10 August 2021. Travellers are advised to follow the guidelines of HPA and follow all precautionary measures when travelling.
