Addu City, Maldives – An unidentified male has been arrested this afternoon in Hulhudhoo district of Addu city for assault.
The victim, a male staff at a print shop in Hulhudhoo retained damage to the eyebrow ridge and has been transported to Hithadhoo district for further treatment after receiving emergency care in Hulhumeedhoo Health Center. The motive for the assault is still unclear.
The suspect was taken into police custody at 13:45.
Police are investigating the case.
