Addu City, Maldives – Addu Equatorial Hospital (AEH) has announced changes to the hospital’s outpatient department (OPD) for Ramadan.
In an announcement, the hospital stated that the new OPD and specialist consultation hours would be from 08:00 to afternoon 14:00 on all days of the week except Friday.
Blood donation timings have also been changed to 19:30 to 00:30 at night, while blood transfusion hours for Thalassemia patients would be from 08:00 to 19:00. Wound dressing timings would now be from 08:00 to 13:30 and vaccination for children will be from 09:30 to 12:00 of every Thursday.
Addition details also included timings for Covid-19 vaccination, which would be from 21:15 – 22:30 of every night, while laboratory services will now be available from 08:30 to 17:00 of every day of the week except for Friday. Medical check up hours will be provided from 08:30 to 12:00 noon.
However, emergency services and testing will still be available round the clock.
