A fire incident has been reported in the Villivaru quarantine facility in Kaafu Atoll.
MNDF media official, Major General Ibrahim Azim confirmed that officers on site are currently attending to a fire incident happening at the facility, reported at 19:41 on Wednesday night.
Azim revealed that the fire is reported to have broken out in a storage container of the resort, and that no one has been injured in this incident as of now.
Azim reassured that the fire is now under control.
