Male’, Maldives —HPA confirmed additional 22 Covid-19 cases and 10 recoveries in Maldives.
HPA disclosed that, in the past 24 hours, an additional 22 confirmed cases of:
- 08 Maldivians
- 13 Bangladeshis
- 01 Indian
Counting these 22 cases, the total number of confirmed cases in Maldives is now at 2,260. Currently among these cases, there are only 408 active cases remaining in Maldives.
While 22 people were confirmed to have the virus today, 10 have completely recovered from it. Along with these 10 recoveries, a total of 1,839 people have completely recovered from the virus in Maldives.
Up to date, 8 have passed away from Covid-19 in Maldives. The deceased are 4 Maldivian nationals and 4 Foreign Nationals.
While there are 314 people held in Isolation facilities, 139 are in quarantine facilities.
