Male’, Maldives —HPA confirmed additional 6 Covid-19 cases and 15 recoveries in Maldives.
HPA disclosed that, as of 6pm of June 26, an additional 6 confirmed cases of:
- 03Maldivians
- 03 Bangladeshis
Including these 6 cases, Maldives has now confirmed a total of 2,283 Covid-19 cases. However, currently among these cases, there are only 407 active cases in Maldives.
While 6 people were confirmed to have the virus, 15 have completely recovered from it. Along with these 15 recoveries, a total of 1,863 people have completely recovered from the virus in Maldives. The recovery rate of Maldives is not at 81%.
Up to date, 8 have passed away from Covid-19 in Maldives. The deceased are 4 Maldivian nationals and 4 Foreign nationals.
While there are 312 people held in Isolation facilities, 219 are in quarantine facilities.
