GA. Villingili, Maldives – The first two Covid-19 patients to have been treated at the Covid-19 medical facility at GA. Villingili have recovered.
GA. Atoll hospital announced that both patients, aged 19 (male) and 59 (female) were released from the facility at 14:00 on Tuesday, after making a full recovery.
While these two patients were from GA. Dhaandhoo, two more patients are being treated at the same facility, who are both from Gdh. Hoadedhhoo. Both patients are above 65 of age and are considered high risk patients.
The Villingili facility is the dedicated medical facility for Covid-19 patients in the region.
