“Fenaka Institute for Training and Research” launched

Male’, Maldives – Fenaka Corporation Limited has launched their staff training and development center under the name Fenaka Institute for Training and Research yesterday.

Fenaka said that this institute is aimed to develop the staffs in the company through vocational training and also to facilitate opportunities of further studies in areas of the services provided by the company. They said that everyone who graduates from the institute would hold world class certification.

In addition to this they said that their staffs can only provide a good service the public when the people who are there to give the service are trained and well equipped with the knowledge to do so. Moreover, even though that the staffs are working on the field, it should not limit the staffs from getting training and developing their capacity in order to boost their carriers.

Fenaka has a total workforce of 3,300 staffs working in 150 inhabited islands of the Maldives. Fenaka said that they wanted to open opportunities for their staffs to gain access to study while working at their respective islands and close to their families and that this would help develop responsible and honest staffs within the company.
