HDC seeks party to develop building for clinics

Male’, Maldives – Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking parties interested in developing and operating a building dedicated to healthcare facilities, in Hulhumale’.

The party selected for the project will be in charge of the the design, construction and management of the property with a plot area of 7,760.77 square feet, the company announced.

Hulhumalé, with it’s gradual population growth, has increased public demand for medical clinics. This proposal would allow for several medical professionals to provide a variety of services under the same establishment.

The facility is reported to be strategically placed in a densely populated region in Hulhumale’ for convenient accessibility of their services.

Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) is a 100% state owned enterprise formed by a presidential decree, initially established in 2001. It undertakes and manages the overall planning and building of the artificial island of Hulhumale’ – the biggest urban development project in the Maldives.
