Portugal won over Hungary 0-3 in the group F opener last night.
Hungary did everything right until the 85th minute. Portugal weren’t allowed to breathe in the Hungary final third.
However, all it took was deflected goal in the 85th minute by fullback Raphael Guerrero to ruin Hungary’s party. Ronaldo scored the second goal, his record breaking goal to overcome Michel Platini of most goals scored in Euro championship.
Coming on to the Euro, Ronaldo and Platini both had scored 9 goals in the competition. Ronaldo scored his second of the night, 11th altogether in added time after a fantastic display of football.
With two goals in the bag, however late it was, Ronaldo took the ball and won man of the match.
