Italy beats Belgium 2-1 in the quarter finals second match in Munich.
All three goals of the match were seen in the first half of the game with two wonder strikes from Barella and Insigne on the 31st and 44th minute of the game.
Romelu Lukaku scored one for Belgium from the penalty spot as referee saw a foul on Belgium’s Docu in extra time of the first half.
Belgium started the game without their captain Eden Hazard, but star midfielder Kevin Debruyne started for the red devils. De bruyne created a wonderful chance for Lukaku in the second half but the striker’s soft tap in was met with the Italian defense.
Belgium continued to mount pressure on the Italians but the experienced defense line stood tall without conceding another goal.
Italy will face the two time Euro winners Spain in the semi finals. Spain beat Italy in the 2021 Euro final.
