Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, Maldives – Thinadhoo City Council has announced that the draw for GDh. Thinadhoo flats will begin on August 08, this year.
A statement released from the Thinadhoo Council today stated that while the draw for 15 flats out of the 120 flats in Thinadhoo were not taken due to the worsening Covid-19 situation in the island, they have decided to begin draw for the remaining 15 flats on August 08, 2021. Council informed that the ceremony will be held at 22:00pm in the area where Thinadhoo Council meetings are held.
While the individuals who got 42 points in Category A will be included in the draw, Council informs that the individuals who got over 44 points will be confirmed to receive the flats without any draw.
While the Thinadhoo Council initially planned to hand over the remaining 15 flats in Thinadhoo for money, the Council later announced that flats will be given to draw winners.
