Malé, Maldives – A wife has stabbed husband in the stomach on Monday causing critical injuries in the capital city Malé.
The male victim of the domestic violence case has now been transferred to the IGMH intensive care unit.
Local news reports that the injuries were caused during a domestic violence case.
Police state that the case was reported on Monday of a man receiving injuries from an attack a sharp object. Police have not revealed further details due to the case being part of an ongoing investigation.
