Agreement signed to provided uninterrupted electricity to schools

In order to ensure uninterrupted electricity to schools under the Ministry of Education, an agreement has been signed between the ministry and Fenaka to provide electricity to areas decided upon by the ministry.

The agreement was signed by Minister Aishath Ali on behalf of the ministry and MD of Fenaka, Ahmed Saeed, in a small ceremony.

As per the agreement, Fenaka must provide uninterrupted electricity to all school under the wing of the ministry as well as make create a proper network for electricity and bring necessary amendments when required, along with regularly assessing the electrical condition of the schools and present a report to the ministry.

Apart from this, the agreement also highlights the requirement to to train employees selected by the ministry to receive technical training on solving electrical issues and providing necessary assistance with regards to the electricity network and other relevant services.
